Lamberti's Ca' Preella Custoza DOC is a white wine that represents the tradition and quality of the Custoza area, located near Lake Garda, in Veneto. This wine is produced from a skilful blend of native vines, including Trebbiano Toscano, Garganega, Cortese and other minor ones, which together create a unique and distinctive aromatic profile.

Visually, it has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, the wine offers an aromatic and fruity bouquet, with notes of green apple, pear and citrus, enriched by floral nuances and a light mineral touch, which reflects the influence of the limestone and clay-rich soil of the Custoza area.

On the palate, this Custoza DOC by Lamberti reveals a light structure and a harmonious balance between acidity and softness. The flavors of fresh fruit dominate, accompanied by a pleasant minerality and a subtle herbaceous note in the finish, which makes the sip pleasantly refreshing and persistent.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, salads, fish and seafood dishes, Ca' Preella Custoza is also an excellent companion for light pasta dishes and risottos. Its freshness and drinkability make it perfect for convivial occasions and summer meals.
