Lamberti's Ca' Preella Soave DOC is a white wine that elegantly expresses the characteristics of the Soave area, located in the Veneto region. This wine is mainly produced from the Garganega grape variety, which gives Soave its distinctive notes of freshness and minerality. The Lamberti winery, with its long tradition and attention to quality, presents a Soave which is a perfect example of balance between aroma and taste.

Visually, it has a pale straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that highlight its freshness. On the nose, it offers a delicate and refined bouquet, with floral and fruity notes, among which green apple, pear and subtle hints of almond stand out, typical of the Garganega vine.

On the palate, this Soave DOC by Lamberti is characterized by remarkable drinkability, with a lively acidity that gives freshness and a pleasant minerality that enriches the taste profile. The flavors of fresh fruit blend with a light almond note in the finish, making the sip harmonious and persistent.

Ideal as an aperitif, Ca' Preella Soave is also an excellent accompaniment to light appetizers, fish-based dishes, seafood, risottos and grilled vegetables. Its freshness and lightness make it suitable for a variety of culinary combinations, especially with Mediterranean cuisine.
