Lamberti's Ca' Preella Valpolicella is a red wine that captures the essence of Valpolicella, one of the most renowned wine-growing areas of the Veneto. This wine is produced using a selection of traditional grape varieties from the region, mainly Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, which give Valpolicella its distinctive characteristics of fruitiness and softness.

Visually, it has a lively ruby red color, with purple reflections that underline its youth. On the nose, the wine offers a rich and inviting aromatic bouquet, with notes of fresh cherries, berries and a light spicy hint, which contributes to a fascinating olfactory complexity.

On the palate, this Valpolicella from Lamberti reveals a light structure and harmonious balance. The acidity is well balanced, supporting the flavors of fresh red fruit and ensuring a pleasant and refreshing drink. The tannins are soft and well integrated, making the wine accessible and enjoyable to a wide variety of palates.

Ideal as a wine for the whole meal, Ca' Preella Valpolicella pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, from cured meats and light appetizers, to first courses based on pasta and risotto, up to not too elaborate white and red meats. Its versatility also makes it perfect to accompany vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses.
