The Cabernet IGT Trevenezie by Serafini e Vidotto is born in a dedicated territory that embraces the hills of Veneto, Trentino, and Friuli Venezia Giulia, an authentic expression of the red grape varieties of this area. The carefully selected Cabernet grapes are vinified following modern methods but respectful of tradition, with controlled temperature fermentation to enhance the structure and typical aromas of the grape variety. Aging in oak barrels gives the wine an elegant and complex character, where notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and currant, emerge, balanced by spicy hints and slight nuances of tobacco and leather.

On the palate, it presents itself as intense and harmonious, with soft tannins and good freshness that allow for versatile pairings, perfect with red meats, aged cheeses, or traditional Venetian dishes. A wine that tells the terroir of the Tre Venezie in every glass.
