Cabernet Sauvignon - Alexander Valley - Francis Ford Coppola is a refined and powerful expression of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, coming from Alexander Valley, one of the most prestigious areas for viticulture in the Sonoma County region, California. The Francis Ford Coppola winery, known not only for the cinematic fame of its founder but also for the excellence of its wines, is committed to producing wines that best express the character and terroir of California.

The Alexander Valley is renowned for its warm climate during the day and cool at night, ideal conditions for the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon, which here manages to ripen perfectly, developing a richness of aromas and a balanced tannic structure. The wines produced in this valley are known for their elegance, their complexity and their aging potential.

Francis Ford Coppola's Cabernet Sauvignon reflects this tradition, offering a wine that is both accessible and of great depth. Winemaking is carefully monitored to ensure optimal expression of the grape variety and terroir, with a measured use of maturation in oak barriques to enrich the wine without overpowering its fruity and varietal notes.

Visually, the wine presents itself with a deep and inviting red color. On the nose, Cabernet Sauvignon - Alexander Valley - Francis Ford Coppola expresses a rich bouquet of aromas, with dominant notes of black fruits such as cassis and blueberries, accents of spices, vanilla and an elegant touch of wood. These aromas intertwine to create a complex and captivating olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine is powerful but balanced, with a good tannic structure that promises excellent evolution over time. The ripe fruit flavors are well integrated with notes of chocolate, coffee and a subtle minerality that adds further complexity to the palate. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant freshness that invites another sip.

Ideal to accompany red meat dishes, grilled meats, stews and mature cheeses, Cabernet Sauvignon - Alexander Valley - Francis Ford Coppola is an excellent choice for those looking for a wine that combines the strength of Californian Cabernet Sauvignon with the typical elegance and complexity of the high quality wines produced in Alexander Valley.
