Il Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva DOC "Inu" di Contini è un vino rosso di grande struttura ed eleganza, realizzato con l'uva autoctona Cannonau, uno dei vitigni più antichi e nobili della Sardegna. La Riserva "Inu" si distingue per il suo affinamento in legno, che le conferisce una complessità unica. Al naso emergono note generose di frutti di bosco maturi, accompagnate da sentori speziati di pepe nero e sfumature balsamiche di mirto e rosmarino. In bocca, il vino si svela pieno e rotondo, con una trama tannica ben presente ma vellutata, e una lunga persistenza che richiama le note olfattive. La vinificazione accurata e il rigoroso controllo durante l'affinamento garantiscono un'esperienza organolettica superiore, perfetta per accompagnare arrosti di carne, formaggi stagionati o piatti della tradizione sarda.
