Cardamaro is a distinctive and captivating expression of Piedmontese heritage, offered in a generous 150 cl format that encourages sharing. This amaro, derived from a traditional recipe passed down through generations, is infused with thistle, a plant well-known in the region for its culinary and medicinal properties, giving the liquor a unique character.

Amber in color with golden highlights, Cardamaro presents intricate aromas of alpine herbs, roots, spices, and a subtle touch of vanilla on the nose. These scents intertwine to create a complex and captivating aromatic bouquet. On the palate, Cardamaro maintains a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. The notes of thistle are prominent and blend harmoniously with nuances of chocolate, cardamom, and a hint of candied orange, culminating in a long and pleasantly bitter finish.

Ideal as an after-dinner digestif, Cardamaro can be enjoyed neat, slightly chilled, or as part of sophisticated cocktails, where its unique profile can truly shine and enhance the composition. It is also an excellent accompaniment for aged cheeses or dark chocolate, which highlight its aromatic and taste characteristics.

This bottle becomes an elegant and precious gift for lovers of bitter liqueurs, as well as a must-have for any collector or enthusiast of traditional Italian flavors. Cardamaro is not just an amaro, but a historical and cultural journey through the traditions of Piedmont.
