Cariddi Rosato Terre Siciliane IGP from Cantina Colosi is a wine that embodies the sunny essence of Sicily, the result of native grape varieties carefully cultivated in the heart of the island. This rosé shows a vivid color, evoking the fresh sea breeze and Mediterranean landscapes. On the nose, it offers a fragrant bouquet of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus.

On the palate, it is balanced and fresh, with a lively acidity that balances a light but enveloping structure, making it ideal to accompany fish dishes, summer appetizers, and light first courses. The aging in steel enhances the aromatic purity, keeping intact the territorial expressiveness of this IGP Terre Siciliane, which elegantly tells the winemaking tradition of Cantina Colosi.
