Cariddi Rosato Terre Siciliane IGP from Cantina Colosi is a wine that embodies the sunny essence of Sicily, the result of native grape varieties carefully cultivated in the heart of the island. This rosé shows a vivid color, evoking the fresh sea breeze and Mediterranean landscapes. On the nose, it offers a fragrant bouquet of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus.
On the palate, it is balanced and fresh, with a lively acidity that balances a light but enveloping structure, making it ideal to accompany fish dishes, summer appetizers, and light first courses.
