The Salina Bianco IGT produced by Colosi winery is a white wine of extraordinary elegance, made from native grapes of the island of Salina, part of the charming Aeolian Islands archipelago. This wine best expresses the character of the volcanic territory and the freshness of the Mediterranean climate that bathes its vineyards.

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, which foretells its olfactory and taste richness. On the nose, the Salina Bianco IGT reveals intense notes of ripe yellow fruit such as peaches and apricots, followed by nuances of white flowers and subtle hints of aromatic herbs typical of the Mediterranean scrub.

On the palate, freshness is the dominant feature, well balanced by a medium body and a pronounced minerality that gives the wine a long and pleasantly savory finish. The well-integrated acidity makes it a versatile companion at the table, capable of pairing with both fish dishes and preparations based on vegetables and fresh cheeses.

Thanks to its pleasantness and immediacy, the Salina Bianco IGT is presented as the ideal choice for those looking for an elegant wine that represents the peculiarities of the Aeolian Islands. Served at a temperature of 8-10°C, this wine offers a unique sensory experience, elevating every meal from a simple occasion to a memorable moment.
