The Sicilia Grillo DOC of Cantina Colosi is the authentic expression of the Grillo grape variety, cultivated in the sunny lands of eastern Sicily. Coming from vineyards that benefit from the Mediterranean climate and sea breezes, this wine best reflects the sunny and mineral character of the Etna territory. Stainless steel vinification preserves the freshness and aromatic purity, enhancing olfactory sensations of citrus, green apple, and a delicate floral nuance. On the palate, it is balanced and lively, with a pleasant savory note evoking the proximity of the sea.

The Sicilia Grillo DOC Acacia is ideal paired with fresh fish dishes, shellfish, or a vegetable couscous, enhancing the aromatic nuances without overpowering them. Its light structure makes it a perfect companion for aperitifs and light moments, confirming the quality and territoriality of the Colosi production.
