Carménère do Colchagua - Las Ninas è un vino rosso di grande carattere, proveniente dalla rinomata valle del Colchagua in Cile, un'area conosciuta per il suo clima favorevole e per i terreni ricchi, elementi essenziali per la produzione di vini di alta qualità. Questo Carménère si distingue per il suo bel colore rosso rubino intenso, che invoglia all'assaggio.

Al naso si apre con sentori complessi di frutti maturi, come prugne e more, accompagnati da note speziate di pepe nero e un leggero affumicato, tipico della varietà. L'olfatto viene poi solleticato da delicate sfumature erbacee, che conferiscono freschezza e profondità al bouquet aromatico.

In bocca, il vino esprime una struttura piena e avvolgente, con tannini ben levigati che donano una piacevole morbidezza. La sua acidità equilibrata rende il sorso fresco e dinamico, consentendo di apprezzare la complessità dei sapori. Il finale è lungo e persistente, con un retrogusto che richiama le note fruttate e speziate percepite inizialmente.

Winery history
The project originated from the initiative of French families settled in Apalta; the families' daughters gave the estate its name. The property developed with an emphasis on the winery's architecture and design and through a technical approach aimed at enhancing the Apalta terroir.
Production philosophy
Commitment to sustainability and organic production: vineyard practices aimed at conserving soil and biodiversity, hand-harvesting of the grapes, and careful winemaking to express the origin of the grapes with measured interventions in the cellar.
Terroir and vineyards
Apalta is a small horseshoe-shaped basin, sheltered by hills and influenced by the wind that flows between the Andes and the Pacific; the Tinguiririca River contributes to thermal balance and water resources. The soils cited in sources are mixtures of sandy clay with volcanic and gravelly elements, and the diurnal temperature variations and altitude promote balanced ripening.
