In the heart of the historic Chianti Classico area, Castello di Cacchiano masterfully expresses the essence of Sangiovese, the predominant grape variety in this territory rich in wine tradition. The wine presents itself with an elegant balance between structure and finesse, the result of a careful selection of grapes and aging in French oak barriques that enhance its complexity and depth.

In the glass, it stands out for an intense, enveloping ruby color, a prelude to a rich bouquet, where notes of cherry, plum, and small red fruits intertwine with spicy hints and light balsamic tones. The sip is full, harmonious, and persistent, with a soft tannic texture that ensures elegance and longevity.

This Chianti Classico DOCG from Castello di Cacchiano pairs beautifully with traditional Tuscan dishes, such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing their flavors without overpowering them thanks to its vivacity and balanced structure. An authentic wine that tells the terroir of Chianti with elegance and character.
