The Catarratto Terre Siciliane IGT Bio from Liciùmi, produced by the Az. Vinicola Vaccaro, is an authentic tribute to Sicilian winemaking tradition. Cultivated in organic vineyards that respect the environment and enhance the terroir, this wine fully expresses the characteristics of the Catarratto grape, the most widespread in Sicily.

Visually, it presents a delicate bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it releases fresh and fragrant aromas, with elegant hints of citrus, green apple, and a slight floral note. On the palate, it is harmonious, well balanced between lively acidity and softness, with a persistent aftertaste recalling minerality and marine freshness.

The long aging in stainless steel preserves the integrity of the fruit and the natural expression of the grape variety. It is ideal to pair with fish dishes, fresh salads, or light Mediterranean flavors, gracefully accompanying every convivial moment.
