Centinari Franciacorta Demi Sec by Togni presents a soft, enveloping profile, with fine, elegant bubbles that support aromas of Golden apple, white flowers and light notes of bread crust. The aromatic imprint is immediately generous but well balanced by acidity, which keeps the sip fresh; the residual sweetness provides roundness without weighing it down, creating a pleasant balance between ripe fruit and yeast. The overall impression is one of harmony: it’s not meant to astonish, but to give immediate pleasure and graceful persistence.

On the palate it is medium-bodied, with a delicate perlage that lends fluidity; the entry is soft, the structure develops on notes of white-fleshed fruit and a subtle hint of bitter almond, while its sapidity contributes to persistence. It works well as an aperitif for those seeking a less dry sparkling wine, or alongside dry pastries, soft cheeses and lightly spiced dishes. Serve well chilled to appreciate its freshness and aromaticity.
