Centocamini Toscana Rosso IGT from Artimino appears in an intense, clear ruby. On the nose it offers aromas of ripe red fruit, light spicy hints and a discreet earthy note; the clean fruit character is evident and gives an immediate impression. On the palate it shows balance between freshness and structure, soft tannins and a sapid, measured progression with pleasant, moderate persistence.

It pairs easily with roast meats, pasta with ragù, gratinated vegetables and semi-aged cheeses; it can support richer dishes provided they are not overly spiced. Suitable for everyday and Mediterranean cooking, as well as lighter grills or mushroom dishes; serve around 16–18 °C in a wider glass to help aromatic opening, and consider a short decant if you wish to release the aromas sooner. A versatile, ready-to-drink option for consumption in the short-to-medium term.
