Al naso, il bouquet è complesso e affascinante, con note di frutta fresca, come mela verde e agrumi, che si combinano armoniosamente con sentori floreali e leggeri accenni di lievito e crosta di pane, derivati dal prolungato affinamento sui lieviti.

Winery history
The Giorgi di Vistarino family estate has roots in the Oltrepò Pavese dating back to the mid-19th century, when the Counts Vistarino introduced Pinot Noir to the Rocca de’ Giorgi property and were early experimenters with vinification using the traditional method. In recent decades the estate has been relaunched and modernized while preserving its historical identity and its commitment to hill-grown grape varieties.
Production philosophy
Production focused on enhancing the hilly territory of the Oltrepò Pavese: clonal selection, hand harvesting for the top labels, differentiated vinification and attention to environmental sustainability. The approach combines tradition and modern technologies to express elegance and terroir.
