The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC BIO from Cantine Spinelli is an enological gem that embodies the essence of Abruzzese viticulture. Characterized by a vibrant rosé color, almost cherry-like, this organic wine stands out for its freshness and vivacity.

Produced entirely with Montepulciano grapes cultivated according to the strict standards of organic agriculture, this Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo not only respects the environment but also the health of consumers. The vineyards, nestled in the Abruzzese hills, benefit from an ideal climate that gives the grapes perfect ripening and a remarkable aromatic balance.

On the nose, the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC BIO reveals intense notes of fresh red fruits, such as raspberries and strawberries, with a slight nuance of aromatic herbs that adds complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is harmonious, with a pleasant acidity and a persistence that invites a second sip. Its slightly tannic structure makes it versatile at the table, ideal to pair with Mediterranean cuisine, light appetizers, or grilled fish.

With their long winemaking tradition and commitment to sustainable practices, Cantine Spinelli ensures that each bottle of Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC BIO is an authentic expression of the terroir from which it comes. A wine that not only delights the palate but also tells a story of passion and respect for nature.
