Cantine Spinelli's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC BIO was born in the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea. The vineyards are cultivated in the hills, at an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, with a predominantly clayey-calcareous composition. After the manual harvest, the berries undergo a soft pressing and cold maceration, with fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
In the glass it shows a sparkling cherry red color with brilliant purple hues. On the nose there are marked fruity hints, with light floral aromas, and fruity notes of berries and black cherry. An extremely fresh and balanced, soft and structured wine that conquers the palate from the first sip.
An extremely versatile wine. Try it with pizza and white meats, excellent in combination with grilled vegetables and fish broth, it can also accompany tripe and fresh cheeses as well as being tasty as an aperitif.
