Prodotto dalla rinomata cantina Uka, il Ceruja è un vino che affonda le sue radici nel cuore delle tradizioni vitivinicole locali. Questo vino colpisce immediatamente per il suo colore brillante e avvolgente, riflesso fedele dei terreni e del clima che caratterizzano la regione di produzione. Winery history
Réva began as a project dedicated to enhancing the vineyards of the Langhe around Monforte d’Alba. The official website and promotional materials describe rapid growth that led to the relocation of production to Località Gallinotto and the acquisition of vineyards in several of the appellation’s historic crus.
Production philosophy
Quality-focused approach: hand selection of grapes, spontaneous fermentations and aging in selected oak barrels. The stated style emphasizes depth, structure and balance, with a contemporary take on the Langhe tradition.
