The Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume from Seguinot Bordet comes from the renowned Chablis area, in the heart of Burgundy, a region famous for its excellent Chardonnay. The Fourchaume vineyard is one of the largest and most appreciated premier crus, characterized by limestone soils rich in marine fossils that confer a unique and vibrant minerality to the wine.

This strictly selected Chardonnay undergoes aging in steel and partially in neutral wooden barrels, thus preserving the freshness and elegance typical of this terroir. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of ripe white fruits, such as apple and pear, accompanied by hints of citrus and marine mineral notes, evoking the complexity of the soil. The taste is harmonious, fresh, and savory, with a balanced structure and a persistence that invites the next glass.

The Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume is an excellent companion for dishes based on fish, shellfish, and seafood, but also pairs wonderfully with poultry dishes and soft cheeses. A wine that best embodies the refined expression of Chardonnay in the French territory.
