The Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses - Seguinot Bordet is a white wine of great elegance from the renowned Burgundy region in France. Made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape, it represents the highest expression of the Chablis terroir, with its unique limestone-clay soil characteristics and cool climate. This wine is carefully aged, often in oak barrels for a period that allows the development of complex structures without losing freshness and minerality.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color, highlighted by greenish reflections typical of the best Chablis. The aromatic profile is rich and intricate, dominated by citrus notes, green apple, flint, and slightly iodized hints, which confirm the pronounced minerality of the Les Preuses vineyards. On the palate, it reveals itself fresh and vibrant, with a fine structure, perfect balance between acidity and body, and a long persistent finish.

Perfect with seafood dishes such as oysters, shellfish, or grilled fish, it also wonderfully accompanies soft cheeses and vegetable-based dishes. A true Burgundian gem capable of expressing the purity and complexity of the Chablis terroir.
