Chablis by Domaine Chanson is a white wine that captures the essence of northern Burgundy, a region famous for its elegant and mineral wines, produced mainly with the Chardonnay grape. Domaine Chanson, one of Beaune's historic wineries, is renowned for producing wines that faithfully express the terroir of origin, with an approach that combines tradition and innovation to achieve the highest quality.

Chablis stands out for its unique terroir, characterized by a calcareous soil rich in marine fossils, which gives the wines a marked minerality and freshness. The cool climate of the region further helps to preserve the acidity and delicate aromas of the Chardonnay grape, allowing the production of wines with great aging capacity.

Domaine Chanson's Chablis is the result of a careful selection of grapes from the best vineyards, with vinification aimed at preserving the purity and clarity of the fruit. The wine does not undergo oak aging that could overwhelm its natural characteristics, but is instead matured in stainless steel tanks to maintain its freshness and enhance its distinctive mineral notes.

At sight, Domaine Chanson's Chablis has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with an elegant and complex bouquet, where notes of citrus, white pulp fruit such as green apple and pear dominate, enriched by floral nuances and a distinctive mineral, almost saline vein, which invites tasting.

In the mouth, the wine is lively and balanced, with a notable freshness that combines harmoniously with its structure. The minerality is evidently felt, accompanied by flavors of fresh fruit and a long and clean finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness on the palate.

Perfect as an aperitif, Domaine Chanson's Chablis is also an excellent table companion, capable of elegantly accompanying fish, seafood, poultry and fresh goat's cheese dishes.
