Chablis Les Preuses - Domaine Chanson is a white wine of exceptional prestige, produced in one of the most famous Grand Cru vineyards in the Chablis region, in Burgundy. Domaine Chanson, a historic Burgundian winery with a rich wine heritage, is renowned for producing wines that sublimely express the typicality and complexity of the Chablis terroir.

Les Preuses is one of the seven Grand Cru vineyards of Chablis, known for its characteristic soil, composed of limestone and marl, with the presence of marine fossils which give the wine a marked minerality and a unique structure. This terroir, combined with the special microclimate of Chablis, allows us to produce wines of unrivaled finesse and aromatic depth.

Chablis Les Preuses - Domaine Chanson is obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected and hand-harvested to guarantee the highest quality. Winemaking follows traditional methods, with the aim of preserving the natural characteristics of the grape and enhancing the expression of the terroir. The aging of the wine in French oak barrels, used in moderation, helps to add complexity to the wine, enriching it with subtle woody notes, without overpowering the freshness and minerality typical of Chablis.

At sight, Chablis Les Preuses presents itself with a bright straw yellow color, which reflects its youth and liveliness. On the nose, the wine unfolds a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, combined with floral, mineral nuances and a light accent of spices and vanilla. The distinctive minerality of the Les Preuses soil makes itself felt, giving the wine an extraordinary freshness and purity.

In the mouth, the wine is elegant and well structured, with a perfect balance between acidity and body. The flavor palette is rich and multi-layered, with a long and satisfying aromatic persistence, which invites a new tasting. The finesse and complexity of Chablis Les Preuses make it ideal to accompany refined dishes of fish, shellfish, and even soft cheeses.
