The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut - 30 Mesi - EPC Champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected in the vineyards of the Champagne region. The prolonged aging of 30 months on the lees gives this sparkling wine an intense aromatic complexity and an elegant and refined structure.

Visually, it presents a bright straw color, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers delicate hints of white flowers, fresh citrus, and an elegant mineral background, typical of the chalky terroir of this area. On the palate, an extraordinary harmony between freshness and sapidity emerges, with a long and vibrant finish that invites another sip.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, this Blanc de Blancs expresses all the delicacy and refinement of the most authentic Champagne.
