Prodotto esclusivamente con uve provenienti da vigneti Grand Cru, questo champagne rivela una complessità e un'eleganza che lo rendono unico nel suo genere.

Al primo sguardo, il Blanc de Blancs si presenta con una brillante veste dorata, arricchita da un perlage fine e persistente, segno di una lunga maturazione sui lieviti. Al naso, si esprime con un bouquet affascinante di fiori bianchi, agrumi e leggere note di frutta secca, accompagnate da una sottile mineralità che riflette il terroir gessoso di origine.

Winery history
The family's history begins with Émile Gilmert, who sold the first bottles under his name in 1910. The Bonnet-Gilmert brand was established in the 1950s from the union of Colette Gilmert and Robert Bonnet. The operation has remained family-run for generations and is today managed by descendants Aude Vauban and Carla Bonnet.
Production philosophy
Strong focus on the terroir and on sustainable viticultural practices. The producer prioritizes the purity of Chardonnay, hand harvesting and extended aging on the lees to achieve fine, mineral bubbles.
