Pairing Seafood, fish, refined appetizers
A Deutz Blanc de Blancs in Jeroboam format presents a dry, measured character, where citrus freshness intertwines with notes of white flowers and a subtly bready hint. The bubbles are very fine, the perlage elegant and persistent; the sip shows pronounced sapidity, vibrant acidity and a structure that remains light yet complex, offering a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and depth. The gift box makes it ideal for an important present or for a bottle to share on solemn, refined occasions.

In the glass it reveals a discreet balance between immediacy and mineral tension, perfect to accompany seafood, carpaccios and delicate fish-based preparations, but it is also suited to moments of contemplative tasting. Serve chilled, preferably in wide glasses to appreciate its aromas; the Jeroboam size amplifies the slowness of its evolution, making this bottle interesting even for short-term cellaring.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
