Elegant and measured, this Champagne Brut Classic from Deutz presents a subtle but precise aromatic window: white-fleshed fruit, citrus hints and light toasted bread notes that emerge without overpowering.

The perlage is fine and continuous, giving a sense of freshness and vigour; on the palate it maintains an excellent balance between bright acidity and a savory minerality that supports the sip, making it sleek yet substantial. The texture is elegant, with a clean persistence that invites a second glass without insisting. Presented in a gift box, it is suitable both as a present and to accompany convivial moments. Served around 8–10 °C, it pairs well with seafood appetizers, shellfish and savory dishes, but also stands up to fresh cheeses and delicate preparations; it works excellently both as an aperitif and to accompany a light lunch, offering a classic and versatile profile that does not disappoint.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
