Elegant and measured, this Deutz Champagne Brut Rosé shows a fine perlage and a bright salmon-pink color. The aromatic profile is restrained yet expressive: it evokes small red berries and a hint of citrus, supported by delicate notes of yeast and toasted bread that widen its complexity without weighing it down. The character is classy: a contained but precise structure, leaning more toward finesse than opulence, with vibrant freshness and a salinity that keep the sip taut and flowing.

On the palate it is juicy and precise, the mousse is silky and accompanies a flavor profile of good length; the finish remains clean, slightly saline and inviting another glass. The gift box enhances its presence on the table, making it suitable as a present. Perfect for a refined aperitif, it pairs well with shellfish, delicately prepared fish and desserts based on red fruits; it also stands up well to fresh cheeses and light dishes, best served chilled.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
