Elegance and precision characterize this Champagne Brut Rosé Vintage from Maison Deutz: a sip that combines vibrant freshness with a fine, unostentatious texture. On the nose there are aromas of ripe small red berries, a hint of citrus and a delicate note of white flowers, while in the background a subtle yeast complexity reminiscent of brioche emerges. The bubbles are fine and persistent, supported by good acidity that keeps the wine sleek and easy to drink. It has a lovely rhythmic palate that invites another sip, without sacrificing a refined character.

On the palate it confirms a measured balance between fresh drive and mineral texture, with a compact but not heavy body and imperceptible tannins that leave room for salinity. Ideal for the whole meal, it pairs naturally with raw seafood, oven-baked fish dishes or fresh cheeses; also perfect as an aperitif on summer evenings or for more informal convivial occasions. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to better appreciate its brightness and the clean freshness of the sip.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
