The Champagne Cuvée CXVI Blanc de Noirs from Domaine Augustin is an elegant expression of the terroir of the Champagne region, made exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, the emblematic variety of power and finesse. This blanc de noirs stands out for its extraordinary ability to combine structure and liveliness, offering a bouquet of complex notes ranging from fresh red fruit aromas to delicate hints of yeast and bread crust, a gift of the refined bottle fermentation according to the traditional method.

The disciplined aging on the lees for an extended period gives this cuvée a fine and persistent perlage, enveloping the palate with a creamy texture, balanced by the fresh acidity typical of the denomination. On the taste, nuances of ripe cherry, currant, and a mineral hint emerge, making every sip vibrant and harmonious.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Cuvée CXVI Blanc de Noirs gracefully accompanies dishes based on shellfish, delicate white meats, and soft cheeses, elevating the gastronomic experience with its refined and balanced personality. An authentic testimony to the tradition and craftsmanship of Domaine Augustin.

Winery history
Estate associated with Maison Parcé Frères; Augustin Parcé returned to Banyuls in 2014 to establish his own project within the family vineyards, enhancing the area's historic parcels. The estate is presented as the result of work and expertise handed down through the family.
Production philosophy
Careful vineyard work on slate terraces, controlled yields and targeted vinification to respect each plot; in the cellar low-intervention practices are employed to express the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards on steep terraced slopes of schist soils in the Banyuls/Collioure area along the Costa Vermeille, at the foot of the Pyrenees — a typical Roussillon terroir. The labels are tied to the local appellations.
