Elegant and immediate, this Champagne offers a fine perlage and an aromatic profile that favors freshness over opulence. On the nose there are scents of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and light notes of bread crust, while lively acidity and a discreet salinity support the profile without weighing it down. There is a measured balance between tension and softness that invites sipping; the tone stays savory and linear rather than expansive. It lends itself to being enjoyed naturally even on informal occasions.

The palate is brisk, with a pleasant creaminess that rounds the edges and a decent lingering finish; it is crowned by citrus echoes and a hint of yeast that recalls the slow evolution on the lees. Versatile at the table, it pairs well with raw fish, seafood, lightly fried dishes and fresh cheeses; it is ideal as an aperitif and should be served very cold in tulip glasses to preserve its bubbles and vivacity.
