This Champagne from Alexandre Filaine presents fine, even bubbles and a crisp aromatic profile: bright citrus, green apple and wildflowers intertwine with delicate pastry and toasted bread notes. The overall impression is direct and well-defined, without overlaps, and hints at a balance between freshness and a slight softness that makes the sip immediately appealing without being ordinary.

On the palate it is taut, with vibrant acidity and a salinity that defines the structure; the texture is creamy enough to round the edges, the finish remains clean and of good persistence. Versatile in pairing, it naturally accompanies seafood appetizers, crustaceans, light fried foods and fresh cheeses, but also works well as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, in a flute or narrow glass, to enhance its fragrance and aromatic persistence.
