The Champagne Cuvee Fleur de Craie Brut by Bolieu is an excellent example of the elegance and refinement that a champagne can offer. Produced in the renowned Champagne region in France, this cuvée is the result of a skillful blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Meunier grapes, grown in soils with a high presence of chalk, which imparts a distinctive minerality and freshness to the wine.

Visually, the Cuvee Fleur de Craie presents a bright golden color, enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage that heralds the quality and complexity of the wine. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and inviting, with notes of fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, followed by nuances of white flowers and subtle hints of brioche, indicative of a subtle and balanced maturation.

On the palate, the liveliness of the citrus blends harmoniously with a creaminess that envelops the palate, balanced by a marked acidity that leads to a long, clean, and distinctly refreshing finish. The aromatic complexity is perfectly reflected in the taste, with dimensions of white-fleshed fruit and touches of minerality that develop and persist over time.

This champagne is ideal as an aperitif, but it has the complexity and structure to also accompany more elaborate dishes, such as seafood, sushi, or white meats. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully appreciate its qualities.

The Champagne Cuvee Fleur de Craie Brut is a perfect choice for wine lovers seeking a refined and high-quality experience. This champagne not only delights the palate but also tells the story of its territory, making each sip a journey into the heart of Champagne.
