The Champagne Cuvée Pepin de Vigne Brut by Bolieu is a distinguished example of excellent quality, reflecting Bolieu winery's bold expertise in the champagne tradition. This wine is the result of a careful selection of grapes, primarily Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, grown in the renowned vineyards of the Champagne region in France.

In appearance, the Cuvée Pepin de Vigne Brut boasts a bright straw-yellow color, with fine and persistent bubbles that enhance its freshness. On the nose, it immediately presents lively notes of ripe white fruits such as pear and apple, enveloped by hints of citrus and light touches of toasted bread, providing an olfactory complexity that enchants and invites tasting.

The taste reveals a medium body, perfectly balanced between the freshness of its acids and the creaminess of the bubbles. The structure is embellished with a fine minerality and an aftertaste that carries a delicate note of almond. This cuvée displays a magnificent harmony of flavors that ends with impressive length, making it an ideal candidate for accompanying celebrations or for enjoying as an aperitif.

The Champagne Cuvée Pepin de Vigne Brut by Bolieu is an excellent example of how tradition and care in the winemaking process can come together to create a product that not only reflects its geographic origin but elevates the experience of those who taste it. Ideal for lovers of sophisticated champagnes who seek elegance and complexity in every sip.
