This Champagne Mont Marvin Extra Brut from Lacroix - Triaulaire presents fine, lively bubbles that support an immediate, dry profile. On the nose there are notes of candied citrus and green apple, followed by slightly biscuity hints reminiscent of bread crust; overall it maintains a fresh, taut line without weighing down. The color is bright straw and the palate shows a lean but well-defined body, with vibrant acidity and a sapid character that lengthens the finish, while the low dosage highlights the mineral texture.

It is a wine to drink young to enjoy its tension and clarity, ideal as an aperitif but able to support delicate seafood dishes, raw seafood and shellfish, as well as fresh cheeses and flavorful vegetables. It also pairs well with spicier dishes and light preparations of Asian cuisine. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, in tulip-shaped glasses or flutes to appreciate its perlage and vivacity; a bottle suited to those seeking precision and drive more than fragrant softness.
