The Champagne Plenitude Millesime Extra Brut by Solemme is an extraordinary expression of elegance and sophistication, capturing the essence of the finest grape varieties from the Champagne region. This sparkling wine stands out for its extra brut style, characterized by a minimal addition of sugar, thus offering a pure expression of the grapes used.

This champagne is produced with a precise selection of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, cultivated using sustainable methods that respect the environment. Fermentation takes place traditionally, and the aging process is extended, allowing the wine to develop a complexity and depth of aromas that make it unique.

Visually, the Plenitude Millesime Extra Brut presents a bright straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage, indicating the quality of the tasting experience ahead. On the nose, it opens with citrus notes followed by nuances of white pulp fruits, acacia honey, and slight touches of brioche, an expression of bottle aging.

On the palate, the Plenitude Millesime Extra Brut offers a balanced structure with a lively freshness. The well-balanced acidity interacts with flavors of citrus, fresh fruit, and a subtle minerality that leads to a clean and lasting finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this champagne also pairs superbly with sophisticated dishes such as oysters, white fish tartare, or white meat carpaccio. Perfect for celebrating special moments, the Champagne Plenitude Millesime Extra Brut is a symbol of celebration and exclusivity, capable of transporting the taster to the heart of the Champagne region with every sip.
