Produced in the prestigious Champagne region in France, the Champagne Terre cuvée assemblage Brut by Solemme is a sublime expression of the terroir from which it originates. This sparkling wine stands out for its refined complexity and elegance, the result of a meticulous winemaking process.

The blend used for this Champagne is classic, combining Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, which contribute to creating a perfect balance between body and freshness. The cuvée undergoes a meticulous bottle fermentation process according to the traditional Champenoise method, which includes a maturation period on the lees for at least three years. This process endows the wine with nuances of toasted bread and yeast, enriching its complexity.

Visually, the Terre cuvée assemblage Brut has a bright straw-yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage, a clear sign of high quality. On the nose, it reveals delicate notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with a hint of minerality reminiscent of the chalk typical of the Champagne terroir.

On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh, with a lovely acidity that balances the structure of the wine. The flavors of fresh fruit and subtle brioche notes blend into a clean and lingering finish, inviting another sip.

The Champagne Terre cuvée assemblage Brut by Solemme is ideal as an aperitif, but it also has the structure to accompany sophisticated dishes such as oysters, salmon tartare, or seafood starters. A real gem to celebrate special moments or to make the start of an elegant evening unique.
