Champagne Réserve de la Terre Rosé Bio by Telmont is a rosé sparkling wine from the Telmont house, offered in an organic version. Its name identifies it as a Rosé Champagne and indicates a focus on organic farming, without adding information about vintage, grape varieties or production methods not provided in the product details. It is therefore suited to those who wish to explore the rosé style of Champagne while paying attention to the origin of the raw materials and the producer’s philosophy.

In the glass, it can accompany an aperitif and a varied meal, from starters to fish dishes, depending on personal preferences and the menu. Its pink colour also makes it suitable for convivial occasions or as a gift for sparkling-wine enthusiasts. To highlight its freshness and bubbles, it is best served well chilled, while avoiding excessively low temperatures that could reduce its perception. An appropriate choice for anyone seeking an organic Rosé Champagne from Telmont, without attributing characteristics to the wine that have not been stated.

Winery history
Henri Lhôpital founded the house in Damery in 1912, following the Champagne riots. The Lhôpital family passed down its savoir-faire for four generations. In 2020, Rémy Cointreau became the majority shareholder, while the house retained its connection with the founding family.

Terroir and vineyards
The house is located in Damery, near Épernay, at 1 Avenue de Champagne. Its estate vineyard covers more than 20 hectares across eight crus; the house also sources grapes from more than 30 crus in Champagne’s main sub-regions.
