Champagne Rosé from Champagne Théophile is a vibrant and charming expression of champagne, combining traditional elegance and refinement with a touch of liveliness and fruity freshness. This rosé champagne is created through the careful selection of grapes and a winemaking process that emphasizes both the quality and distinctive character of the champagne, making it ideal for special occasions, celebrations, or simply to add a little color and joy to any moment.

The production of Théophile Rosé Champagne can include both the blending method, which combines red wine and white wine to obtain the rosé color, and the maceration method, which allows the skins of the red grapes to remain in contact with the must for a short period, giving the wine its characteristic pink color and additional aromatic notes. These methods are carefully controlled to ensure the perfect balance between structure, acidity and flavor profile.

Visually, Théophile's Champagne Rosé presents a fascinating pale pink color with brilliant reflections and a fine and persistent perlage, a sign of its quality and the care taken in production. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and a note of cherry, enriched by floral nuances and a light touch of sweet spices.

In the mouth, this rosé champagne stands out for its freshness and liveliness. Well-balanced acidity supports a range of red fruit flavors, along with citrus notes and delicate minerality, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. The creaminess of the bubble adds complexity to the sip, making it pleasantly structured and multi-layered.

Théophile's Champagne Rosé is extremely versatile in terms of food pairings. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, accompany fish and seafood dishes, or pair beautifully with light white meat dishes and sushi. It is also a delicious companion for fruit-based desserts and not too sugary sweets.

In conclusion, Champagne Théophile's Champagne Rosé is an excellent choice for those looking for a champagne that offers not only the elegance and complexity typical of champagne, but also a fresh, fruity character that can elevate any occasion or meal. It is a champagne that celebrates the joy of living, sharing moments of happiness and conviviality.

Winery history
The Théophile brand recalls an old label that enjoyed great success in the 1930s in Montparnasse. Today the Théophile cuvée has been relaunched and is produced by Maison Louis Roederer, remaining faithful to the style that made it popular.
Production philosophy
An accessible yet well-crafted Champagne: consistent blending, the use of reserve wines, and winemaking that prioritizes freshness and roundness. This approach uses Roederer’s younger vines together with Pinot Meunier sourced from traditional areas to achieve a harmonious and recognizable profile.
Terroir and vineyards
Appellation Champagne. The base of the cuvée comes from the Louis Roederer estate's young vines, supplemented by Pinot Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne and the western part of the Montagne de Reims.
