The Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Riserva Troy from Tramin presents an elegant interpretation of the variety within the appellation. In the glass it opens with aromas of green apple, ripe pear and citrus hints, followed by delicate notes of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. The palate is marked by a fresh, orderly texture, with balanced acidity and a pleasant sapidity that supports the structure without being forceful. There are also slight softnesses on the finish, well integrated into the overall picture.

It suits many pairings: cooked and raw fish, shellfish, light white meats and soft cheeses, as well as Mediterranean dishes. Serve at around 10–12 °C to appreciate its aromatic expression; it can be enjoyed within the producer's recommended consumption period or in the first years for those who prefer a fruitier profile. A modest, versatile bottle, suitable for informal occasions and when a balanced, clean white is desired.
