The Chardonnay DOC from Cinti Floriano is a refined and elegant expression of one of the most beloved and widespread grape varieties in the world. Produced in a small winery that pays great attention to quality and authenticity, this wine is the result of a meticulous selection of the best grapes.

The Chardonnay vineyards of Cinti Floriano are located in particularly fertile and well-exposed soils, allowing the vine to express all its best characteristics. The winemaking process uses modern technologies to preserve the freshness and aromaticity of the wine, while aging in steel ensures the maintenance of the fruit's purity.

Visually, the Chardonnay DOC has a bright straw-yellow color, with reflections that can range towards greener shades. The nose reveals a complex and seductive bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, enriched by nuances of white flowers and a light mineral touch that adds elegance and depth.

On the palate, the wine is balanced and harmonious, with a lively acidity that supports its structure and leads to a persistent and slightly creamy finish, showing a beautiful integration of fruit and freshness.

This Chardonnay DOC from Cinti Floriano pairs wonderfully with delicate fish dishes, seafood, and can also be an excellent companion for risottos and dishes based on white meats. It is also ideal as an aperitif thanks to its freshness and vibrancy, capable of enhancing any social occasion with its unmistakable charm.
