The Chardonnay DOC from the Isarco Valley is a white wine that embodies the excellence and specificity of the Alto Adige terroir. This wine stands out for its freshness and vivacity, a result of the unique climatic and geological characteristics of the area, marked by steep valleys and a cool climate that allows the grapes to ripen slowly and fully.

The Chardonnay from the Isarco Valley presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with an intense and complex bouquet, dominated by aromas of green apple, pear, pineapple, and notes of vanilla, enriched by a slight minerality reminiscent of flint. These aromatic nuances are the result of meticulous grape selection and careful winemaking, which often includes partial fermentation and aging in oak barrels, thus balancing the fruit's freshness with delicate toasted notes.

On the palate, the Chardonnay DOC Isarco Valley reveals an elegant structure and a perfect balance between acidity and creaminess. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, with a clean and refreshing finish that invites another sip. Its complexity makes it suitable for a wide range of culinary pairings, from fish dishes to white meats and fresh or lightly aged cheeses.

Ideal for those seeking a wine that expresses the distinctive character of a unique wine region like the Isarco Valley, this Chardonnay represents an excellent choice for lovers of high-quality white wines, capable of evolving beautifully even after several years of bottle aging.
