This white wine stands out for its elegance and refinement, traits that reflect the meticulous attention and care the winery dedicates to the winemaking process.

On the nose, the Chassagne-Montrachet "Premier Cru - La Maltroie" offers a complex and intriguing bouquet, featuring notes of ripe white fruits such as peach and citrus, enriched by hints of butter and vanilla from aging in new oak. On the palate, the wine is rich and well-balanced, with a lovely acidity that supports its structure and promises excellent aging potential.

The typical minerality of this region clearly emerges, leading to a long and persistently aromatic finish. Ideal for accompanying sophisticated fish dishes or soft cheeses, this Chassagne-Montrachet is a splendid example of how Domaine Fontaine Gagnard's savoir-faire successfully captures the essence of its prestigious terroir.
