Chateau Coucheroy Rouge - Chateau de Rochemorin is a representative example of red wines produced in the Bordeaux region of France. This wine stands out for its elegance and complexity, characteristics that reflect the winemaking expertise and rich tradition of the area.

Coming from one of the sub-regions of Bordeaux, Chateau Coucheroy Rouge is the result of the careful selection of grapes, mainly of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties, which give the wine a balanced and multi-faceted structure. The vinification and aging in oak barriques contribute to enriching the aromatic profile of the wine, adding notes of vanilla, spices and a light toasted touch that blend harmoniously with the fruity and floral scents of the grapes.

At sight, Chateau Coucheroy Rouge has an intense ruby red color, with reflections that tend towards garnet with aging. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits open up, such as cherries and currants, combined with notes of aromatic herbs, chocolate and coffee, which testify to the complexity and richness of this wine.

In the mouth, the wine demonstrates a good structure, with soft and well-integrated tannins that give roundness and persistence to the sip. The balance between acidity and body is impeccable, making Chateau Coucheroy Rouge pleasantly drinkable and capable of evolving positively over time, acquiring further aromatic nuances.

Ideal in combination with red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses, this wine is perfect for accompanying convivial moments and important dinners, offering a tasting experience that enchants with elegance and depth.
