This wine is a fine example of the Bordeaux winemaking tradition, characterized by its aromatic complexity, structure and aging capacity.
Produced primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, Chateau de Rochemorin Rouge reflects the perfect balance between power and finesse, two distinctive characteristics of Bordeaux red wines. The winemaking is careful and respectful of traditions, while the aging in French oak barriques gives the wine slightly toasted and spicy notes, which integrate harmoniously with the aromas of ripe red fruit and a light touch of vegetal typical of Cabernet Sauvignon.
At sight, the wine has a deep ruby red color, with garnet nuances that intensify with aging. On the nose, Chateau de Rochemorin Rouge offers a broad bouquet of aromas, where notes of berries, plums, cedar, vanilla and chocolate stand out, enriched by a subtle herbaceous accent.
