Pairing Red meats, roasts, game, mature cheeses
In the glass it shows a deep ruby color and good density, inviting an attentive olfactory examination. On the nose there are ripe red and dark fruits, nuances of plum and cherry, accompanied by floral hints and light spicy notes; the aromatic complexity evolves with oxygenation without revealing technical details. On the palate it displays body and a well-balanced structure, with ripe but present tannins, balanced acidity and an enveloping flavor texture that supports fruity aromas and spicy returns. The finish is long and clean, with a persistence that invites a second sip.

It is suitable for immediate enjoyment or medium-term keeping; a short decantation can free more complex aromas. Recommended pairings include red meats, not overly fatty game, stews and mushroom-based dishes, as well as hard cheeses; avoid pairings that are too delicate and could be overwhelmed by its characteristics. Serve at around 16–18 °C and use large glasses to better appreciate the texture. For those who wish to store it, place it in a stable, light-protected environment: the wine can evolve but its trajectories remain variable.
