Pairing Red meats, game and refined cuisine
The Chateau Pinchon Longueville Comptesse de Lalande 2022 Grand Cru Classe from Pauillac offers a measured, classy profile inviting careful attention. On the nose there are dark and red fruits, floral hints and a touch of fine spice; the whole is compact but not closed, with an aromatic structure that unfolds slowly. Its personality is recognizable for precision and finesse, with a persistence that encourages repeated nosing.

On the palate it shows structure and clarity, tannins that are present but well integrated, and acidity that supports balance without being intrusive. This is a wine that conveys order and elegance more than immediate power, suitable both for those seeking enjoyment now and for those preferring further development over time. It pairs with red meats and game, aged cheeses and preparations with controlled fat content. Serve at moderate temperature and decant if desired to favor the opening of the aromas.
