Château Haut-Batailley is a red wine from the Pauillac appellation in the Médoc, on the left bank of the Gironde. The estate is recognised as a Cinquième Grand Cru Classé in the Official Classification of Bordeaux Wines of 1855. Its emblem is the Tour l’Aspic, a distinctive feature connected with the estate’s history and identity. This label is intended for wine lovers who wish to discover one of Bordeaux’s most renowned appellations through a classic expression shaped by its place of origin.

Pauillac is traditionally associated with structured, deep red wines that can develop in bottle. Château Haut-Batailley pairs well with roasts, red meat, game and mature cheeses. It is best served slightly cool, at around 16-18 °C. For a young vintage, a short period in a decanter may help the wine open up in the glass. An expressive Médoc wine combining historical prestige, a clear geographical identity and strong gastronomic versatility.
