The Chianti Classico DOCG "Granaio" in 375ml format by Melini is an authentic and traditional expression of the Chianti Classico territory, the heart of wine-growing Tuscany. Produced by the historic Melini winery, which for centuries has contributed to the fame and prestige of Tuscan wines, this Chianti Classico stands out for its balance, its structure and its typical varietal expression. The careful selection of Sangiovese grapes, the main vine of the region, allows us to obtain a wine that reflects the richness and complexity of its territory of origin.

Visually, it has an intense ruby red color, with garnet shades that develop with aging. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of cherries, berries and violets, enriched by light nuances of spices and a touch of wood, the result of a skilful refinement in oak barrels which enhances its complexity without overpowering its freshness.

On the palate, this Chianti Classico DOCG reveals a balanced and harmonious structure, with soft and well-integrated tannins that support its body. The acidity is typical of the region's wines, giving liveliness and freshness, while the red fruit flavors blend with spicy and balsamic notes, leading to a persistent and pleasantly savory finish.

Ideal for accompanying Tuscan and Italian cuisine in general, such as pasta with meat sauce, roasts, grilled meat and mature cheeses, Melini's Chianti Classico "Granaio" is also perfect as a meditation wine, thanks to its ability to evolve and improve over time.
