Elegant and sincere, this Chianti Classico DOCG Maggiolo from Lamole expresses a balanced and pleasantly immediate profile. On the nose compact red fruits and cherry notes emerge, accompanied by a subtle herbal streak and spicy hints that do not overpower the aromatic framework. The freshness is well calibrated in relation to the body, giving lift and clarity to the wine without excess, while its sapidity adds a touch of character that invites the next sip.

On the palate it is smooth, with tannins present but well integrated and a structure that favors dynamism over power. The persistence recalls the fruit and a slight balsamic note on the finish, making it versatile at the table; it pairs comfortably with flavorful first courses, roasted meats and aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 °C, with a short period in a carafe if you wish to further open up the aromas.
