Pairing Dry sweets, aged cheeses
This Vinsanto del Chianti Classico DOC from Lamole presents an enveloping yet measured character: a luminous amber color and a bouquet that evokes honey, dried fruit and candied orange peel without excessive over-elaboration. On the palate the sweetness is well balanced, supported by a pleasant acidity and a savory note that keep the tasting lively; the texture is soft but never cloying, with an equilibrium that leaves room for echoes of cooked fruit and light spicy nuances.

The mouthfeel is elegant, with a persistence that invites sip after sip; it is suitable both for moments of contemplation and for gastronomic pairings: cantucci and dry biscuits, desserts based on dried fruit, or aged and blue cheeses for interesting contrasts. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, in glasses that are not too wide to concentrate the aromas; it is a wine that enhances the end of the meal without the need for redundant accompaniments.
